Any such changes, including changes to speakers, agenda, venue, timing, content, schedule or event format, will not entitle attendees to a refund, credit or transfer.
Attendees acknowledge that registration is for participation in the event as a whole and is not contingent upon the attendance, appearance or participation of any particular speaker, presenter, facilitator, sponsor, guest, session, networking opportunity or advertised feature.
4.1 Event Layout and Seating
MtM reserves the right to alter seating arrangements, table allocations, room layouts, attendee capacities, event formats, event inclusions, networking opportunities, VIP experiences, breakout sessions, hospitality offerings, partner activations, bonus experiences and ancillary event activities where reasonably required for operational, venue, safety or event management purposes.

Attendees must not promote, solicit, market or seek participation in any investment opportunity, managed account, syndicate, cryptocurrency project, capital raising activity, trading service, mentoring program, financial product or similar offering to other attendees without the prior written consent of MtM.
MtM reserves the right to immediately remove any attendee engaging in such conduct and may refuse future attendance without refund.
Attendees participate in networking and discussions at their own risk and are responsible for undertaking their own due diligence before acting on any information, opportunity, referral or introduction obtained through an event.
5.4 Alcohol Consumption
Where alcohol is available at an event, attendees are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly.
MtM reserves the right to refuse service, remove attendees or deny future attendance where alcohol consumption results in behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate or negatively impacts the experience of others.
No refund or compensation will be payable in these circumstances.
