What time should I arrive?

Registration opens at 8:00am, and the first session starts promptly at 9:00am. We recommend arriving early to check in, grab a coffee, and get settled.

Is catering included?

Yes – the event is fully catered. This includes:

Arrival tea & coffee

Do I need to bring anything?

We recommend bringing:

A fully charged laptop (not mandatory, but helpful for note-taking and interactive parts)
Your own notebook or preferred note-taking tools
A power bank or charger (limited charging available on-site)
A light jumper or jacket, as event spaces can sometimes feel a little cool

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual is perfect. Just be comfortable — there will be a mix of seated sessions, interactive learning, and networking.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No – all tickets must be purchased online in advance. We expect to sell out, especially VIP tickets which are limited.

What’s the difference between this event and your online courses?

This is a live, face-to-face experience led by MtM’s core educators. It’s hands-on, interactive, and gives you a real-world taste of how we teach — plus, you’ll meet the team and community in person.

Absolutely. This event is designed to help you consolidate your learning, ask live questions, connect with others, and gain a deeper understanding of the markets in a real-time setting.

Will there be a chance to enrol on the day?

Yes.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you may receive a full refund (minus any applicable processing fees). Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. If you don’t attend the event, no refund or credit will be issued.
