These Terms and Conditions (“Entry Terms”) govern the Mastering the Markets Giveaway (“Competition”, “Giveaway”) offered by Mastering the Markets Pty Ltd ACN 671 639 704 (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Mastering the Markets”) of 3030 The Blvd, Carrara, QLD 4211.
The Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Mastering the Markets Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The giveaway commences on 8 May 2026 and closes at 8pm 13 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
Employees, contractors, educators, ambassadors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form and provide all requested details.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Entries that are incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or misleading may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
Cost of Entry
Entry into this promotion is free.
Prizes
Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) General Admission tickets to Gold Coast Live, valued at $259 AUD per ticket (total prize pool $1,036 AUD).
The prize includes event tickets only. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included.
Tickets issued as part of this promotion:
- are not transferable
- are not exchangeable
- are not redeemable for cash
If a winner is unable to attend the event, the prize will be forfeited.
Winner Selection
This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The draw will take place on 14 May 2026 at 1pm
Winner Notification and Claim
Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Use of Personal Information
By entering this promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for:
- administering the competition
- contacting them in relation to the promotion
- providing information about products, services, events, and offers
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
Public Announcement
The winners’ first name and/or social media handle may be published across the Promoter’s platforms, including website, email, and social media.
Facebook / Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
By entering, participants release Facebook and Meta from any liability associated with this promotion.
General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- verify the validity of entries
- disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits false information
- cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.
