• Can I switch between membership tiers?

  Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Silver or Silver to Gold at any time. Downgrades are also possible at the end of your billing cycle. We want you to have flexibility as your trading journey evolves.

Access & Accounts

• How do I log in to MtM Academy?

  You can log in at academy.masteringthemarkets.com using the same email address you used when joining.

• I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

  Click “Forgot password” on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset it via email.

• I’ve purchased a course, but can’t access the Academy — what should I do?

  Access is granted via an email invitation sent from Marketing@masteringthemarkets.com. You’ll need to click the link in that email to activate your account.

  If you can’t find it, please check your spam or promotions folder, and be sure to read your course welcome email carefully for further instructions.

• How long do I keep access?

  Course materials remain available for the duration of your enrolment. Academy access continues for 14 days after your course finishes, after which you can continue with a paid Academy subscription if you choose.
  What’s the difference between Free Academy and Paid Academy?

  • Free Academy provides limited access to selected posts and discussions.
  • Paid Academy gives full access to all educator calls, premium spaces, and live community sessions.

• Who are the Ambassadors and Moderators?

  Ambassadors and Moderators are experienced members of the MtM community who help encourage engagement, answer questions, and uphold community standards.

• How can I get involved or become a Moderator or Ambassador?

  Opportunities open periodically. Stay active in discussions, share charts, and engage with others — we select community leaders based on consistency and positive contribution.

• What are the community guidelines?

  Be respectful, keep discussions on topic, and contribute constructively. Advertising, promotion, or unsolicited private messages are not permitted.

• Can I update my email or account details?

  Yes. You can update your personal details directly from your Academy profile under “Edit Profile.”

Technical Support

• I can’t access certain sections — what should I do?

  Log out and back in to refresh your permissions. If you’ve recently upgraded or changed subscriptions, allow up to 15 minutes for access to update.

  If issues continue, please submit a support ticket through the “Support” section in Academy. You may submit a support ticket here.

• Videos aren’t loading — how can I fix this?

  Try refreshing your browser, clearing cache, or switching to Chrome. For mobile, use the browser version rather than accessing via in-app links.

• How do I report a bug or issue?

  Use the in-platform support option or submit a support ticket directly in your Academy account under “Support.”

• I joined as a student, but my Academy still shows as paid — what should I do?

  If you’ve recently enrolled in a course, your paid Academy subscription will pause automatically. If this doesn’t happen, you can cancel it yourself by doing the following steps:

  1. Click your profile picture in the upper right section of the Academy.
  2. Go to “Billing”
  3. Click the three dots ay the right side of the subscription you’re cancelling.
  4. Click “Cancel.”
  5. Confirm your choice.

Billing & Upgrades

• How much does MtM Academy cost?

  MtM Academy is AUD $249 per month (including GST). Payments are securely processed through Stripe and can be managed in your account settings within Academy.

• Is the Academy included with my course enrollment?

  Yes. Enrolment in an MtM course includes complimentary access to the Academy for the duration of your course.

• When does my free Academy access end?

  Your included access ends 14 days after your course finishes. You can then continue with a paid Academy subscription if you wish.

• What happens if I enrol in a course after joining the Academy?

  If you join a course while already paying for an Academy subscription, your paid subscription will automatically pause for the duration of your course. If this doesn’t happen, you can cancel it yourself in the Academy under your account settings.

• Do you offer a free trial?

  You can experience the free sections of the Academy by just creating an account.

  We do offer a 7-day free trial for the Academy’s full access; this can only be used 1x a year as per out Terms and Conditions. To gain access to this 7-day free trial, please message Ken Artist or Rizza Carmona via Academy DMs.

• What happens if my payment fails?

  If a payment fails, it will automatically retry several times over seven days. If payment isn’t received, your Academy access will be cancelled. To rejoin, simply resubscribe using your original link.

• If I have a discount, can I retain it if my subscription fails?

  No. Discounts are only valid while your current subscription remains active. If your payment fails and your subscription is cancelled, any previous discount is forfeited.

  The only exception is for alumni who complete a course and then rejoin the Academy — if you contact us within 14 days of your course ending, you may be eligible for an alumni discount.

• Can I share my login or content with someone else?

  No. Access is for individual use only. Sharing accounts or course materials breaches our Terms & Conditions (link to T&C’s) and may result in suspension.

• What happens if I upgrade from Free to Paid Academy?

  Your access updates instantly — you’ll immediately gain entry to all educator calls, premium spaces, and live community sessions.
